Can we use your rooftop sundeck?

Enjoy million dollar views over Coogee Beach from our Rooftop Sun Deck and BBQ area. Located on the 6th floor the Sun Deck is open 5:30am – 11pm daily.
BBQ tools are available from Reception.

Can you organise tours and activities for us?

Tours and Activities can be organized and booked on your behalf. Speak to our 24 hour Reception team for bookings and special offers.

Do you offer any charge back facilities for dining?

Your room key can be used to charge-back your meals from our favourite local restaurants and cafés. Consult your in-room compendium or ask at our 24 hour Reception desk for more information.

Located on level one, our business centre is perfect for catching up on emails or printing your documents. Boasting free wifi and 24 hour access, our business centre is perfect for guests without mobile devices.

Is the Coogee Sands COVID-19 SAFE?

What we’re doing to keep you safe

As we all continue to adjust our behaviour, we wanted to put your mind at ease and advise you of the additional health and safety measures we’re taking to help keep our guests and employees safe:

  • We have a government approved Covid-19 safety plan and are registered as COVID SAFE.
  • All guests are required to register using our unique QR code.
  • All Housekeeping staff service and clean/sanitise guestrooms each day.
  • All “high-touch” areas are now being treated with additional disinfectant/sanitizer on a daily basis (public door handles, etc).
  • Hand sanitiser is available in the common areas on every floor for your use.
  • Staff have been trained in preventing the spread of coronavirus and we will continue to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness remain our top priority throughout every facet of our operation.

Do you offer car parking?

Complimentary undercover car parking (1.8m clearance) is available, subject to availability. We are not able to pre-book or reserve spaces.
